Senior software delivery, without the agency layers.
Progressivity helps companies build, repair, and sustain the software their business depends on. Work directly with the senior engineers responsible for the outcome—from scope and architecture through launch and support. No sales-to-delivery handoff. No mystery team after the contract is signed.
01When to call us
Bring the constraint, not a prewritten technical specification.
You know what the business needs to change. Our first job is to find the smallest responsible software path to that outcome—whether that means building, integrating, modernizing, or fixing what already exists.
Launch a product or internal tool
Turn a validated idea, manual process, or spreadsheet-bound workflow into software people can use and your team can operate.
Modernize without a reckless rewrite
Stabilize an aging application, remove its riskiest constraints, and replace pieces in controlled increments while the business keeps moving.
Connect systems and data
Build the APIs, integrations, data rules, and operational interfaces that keep important information from living in disconnected tools.
Make an experience genuinely accessible
Assess and remediate web, iOS, or macOS software against WCAG criteria, with evidence your product, legal, and engineering teams can use.
02What we can own
One accountable team from architecture through operations.
Hire Progressivity for a complete bounded outcome or for the specialized part of a larger product your team needs carried well.
Custom web applications
Customer portals, internal workflow tools, role-based dashboards, administrative systems, and responsive product experiences.
Backend, APIs, and integration
Typed services, data models, access rules, scheduled work, and connections to payments, identity, mapping, and other business systems.
Cloud delivery
Managed-platform architecture on Google Cloud and Firebase, environment separation, repeatable deployment, and production-minded operations.
Native iOS and macOS
Deep Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and Objective-C experience for field, consumer, enterprise, and accessibility-intensive applications.
Accessibility engineering
WCAG assessment, remediation, regression checks, and conformance evidence built into delivery instead of postponed until launch.
Modernization and sustainment
Responsible takeover, dependency and platform currency, incremental replacement, runbooks, and ongoing support for software already in service.
03Proof
The experience behind the engagement.
Progressivity is principal-led. These are key-personnel credentials belonging to the engineers who lead the work—not customer logos borrowed from another delivery team.

Attribution matters. This is the professional record of Progressivity's key personnel, not a claim that these organizations were Progressivity clients. Selected technical work samples are available on request, with references subject to customer permission.
04How it works
Four checkpoints. No black box.
The process creates decisions, working software, and evidence you can inspect—not a monthly status deck asking you to trust that progress happened.
Align
Define the business problem, users, constraints, existing systems, and what a useful result must change.
Scope
Choose the smallest responsible path and write down milestones, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and delivery risks.
Build
Review working increments directly with the engineers. Source, tests, and documentation land in your repository as the work proceeds.
Launch
Deploy, document, transfer operational knowledge, and agree on the sustainment path the software actually needs.
05Ways to start
Match the engagement to what is knowable today.
You do not need to force an uncertain problem into a confident fixed-price estimate. Start with the level of commitment the evidence supports.
Assessment or recovery plan
For an inherited codebase, accessibility gap, technical decision, or project that needs uncertainty reduced before implementation.
Fixed-scope delivery
For a bounded application, feature, integration, remediation, or modernization increment with clear acceptance criteria.
Ongoing engineering and sustainment
For software already in service that needs planned improvements, platform currency, operational documentation, and accountable continuity.
06Fit
A small senior team is an advantage—when the work fits.
The right match gets direct judgment, fast communication, and fewer handoffs. The wrong match needs a different operating model, and we will say so early.
Progressivity is a strong fit when
- The software is important enough to need senior ownership
- A decision-maker or product owner can engage directly with the delivery team
- The outcome can be bounded, staged, or improved in deliberate increments
- You value accessibility, maintainability, and a clean handoff alongside features
- You want the people who scope the work to remain accountable for building it
You may be better served elsewhere when
- You need a large staffing bench or round-the-clock staffed operations
- The goal is commodity staff augmentation without an accountable delivery owner
- Procurement requires a team size or credential set the project itself does not justify
- Success depends on a date, budget, or scope that cannot survive technical discovery
- You need a platform specialty outside our reach and no responsible partner model fits
07Common questions
Before you send the email.
Will we work directly with the engineer?
Yes. Delivery is led by the principal, and any additional engineering support is identified by name for the engagement. There is no account-manager relay between you and the people making technical decisions.
Can you take over an existing application?
Yes. We start by mapping the codebase, deployment path, dependencies, data, operational risks, and missing documentation before proposing the safest sequence of changes.
Do you work fixed-price?
For knowable, bounded scope, yes. Discovery and evolving sustainment are better handled as milestone-based commercial time and materials. The commercial model follows the uncertainty instead of hiding it.
Who owns the code and documentation?
The scope states what you receive and identifies any pre-existing components. Project source and documentation are delivered into a repository you control throughout the engagement.
