Progressivity LLC designs, builds, modernizes, and sustains secure, accessible software systems for federal, state, and local government. Differentiators
- Accessibility is the deliverable. Conformance evidence ships with the code. Our own website is designed and tested against WCAG 2.1 AA and is independently verifiable.
- The bidders are the builders. Principal-led delivery. Engineers named in the proposal are the engineers on the contract.
- Apple-platform depth. Nine years of professional iOS engineering, two at Apple, applied to field, mobile, and accessibility-intensive work.

Status, limits, and contracting point of contact
Status and limits. Target prime pursuit range: $15,000–$350,000. Cloud work on Google Cloud and Firebase. Compliance-intensive FedRAMP and federal ATO work is pursued with an experienced partner. No CMMC assessment, no clearances, commercial accounting that is not DCAA-adequate. Two engineers, so no cost-reimbursement contracts, no 24/7 operations, and no large sustainment bench.
